Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment or order is confirmed. We ship through Econt to either an Econt office or a personal address.
You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Store Pickup (Thrift’n’Sip)
If you prefer, you can pick up your order for free from our partner location Thrift’n’Sip. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours after being placed and are kept for up to 5 days.If the order is not collected within that time, we will automatically cancel it, refund the payment to the card used at checkout, or if it was placed with cash on delivery, we will simply restore the product’s availability on the website.

International Shipping (Europe)
We offer shipping to most European countries. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delays and Exceptions
